We're at Peperstraat 15H, 1011TJ Amsterdam — a short walk from Amsterdam Centraal and right in the city centre. Private entrance, no gym floor, no strangers watching you train.
Yes. All our coaches are fluent English speakers. We work with a lot of internationals and expats based in Amsterdam. English is the default coaching language at BCD.
Most of our clients are beginners or returning beginners. We don't assume any experience. Your first sessions focus on learning the movements properly — not pushing through a programme you don't understand. The goal is that you leave knowing what you're doing and why.
Most PT relationships fail because the client gets sessions, not structure. At BCD you get a coach who tracks your nutrition, adjusts your programme, and checks in when consistency slips — not just someone who counts reps and goes home. We build the routine around your actual life, not an ideal version of it.
Yes — travel is one of the most common challenges our clients face. We build it into the plan from the start. That includes what to do when you're away, how to eat while travelling, and how to pick up without losing momentum when you're back.
The best way to start is the 3-week trial — 6 sessions for €207. After that, memberships start from €204/month for one session per week. Most clients train twice a week at €397/month. Full pricing is on our pricing page.
No. You can start with the 3-week trial — no commitment beyond that. Longer memberships (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) unlock better monthly rates, but the trial is fully standalone. After 3 weeks you decide.
We sit down, talk through your situation, your goals and what's got in the way before. No hard sell. You see the studio and we figure out together whether BCD makes sense for you. It takes about 30 minutes and there's no obligation to sign anything.
Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes. Most clients start with 30-minute sessions twice a week — that's enough to see real progress when the programme is properly structured. We use supersets to make every minute count.
Yes — this is one of our specialist areas. GLP-1 medications drive significant weight loss but also cause muscle loss if resistance training and protein intake aren't structured properly. Our Root Cause programme is built specifically for this. We work alongside your prescribing physician to make sure the result is worth it.
