1.6 grams per kilo of bodyweight, structured into the day in a way you can keep up with on the medication's appetite suppression. no meal plans. no shakes you'll abandon.

the part most programs skip. weekly check-ins, sleep, daily steps, and the one or two anchors that keep the system running after the prescription ends.

07 · THE 12-WEEK ARC

three phases. one body composition.

weeks 01–04

baseline.

movement assessment, strength baseline, protein scaffolding. we calibrate to the medication you're on, the dose, and where your appetite actually is.

weeks 05–08

build.

the loaded weeks. we add weight to the bar slowly and deliberately while the deficit does its job. the mirror starts shifting somewhere here.

weeks 09–12

hold.

the part that survives the taper. we test the structure under fatigue and write you the protocol that holds when the prescription ends.

12 · QUESTIONS

before you book.

do i need to be on GLP-1 medication to join?+

no. the protocol is built for people on the medication, but the same training and protein structure works for anyone in a calorie deficit. we're transparent about which parts apply to you.

do you prescribe or manage the medication?+

no. we are not a clinic. your prescription, dose, and titration stay with the doctor managing your medication. we work alongside them, never instead of them.

what if i can't make two sessions a week?+

we'll talk about it at intake. the protocol assumes 2× per week — if your schedule won't allow that, we'll be honest about whether this is the right fit before you pay.

what happens after the twelve weeks?+

you leave with a written maintenance protocol — training, nutrition, and the two or three behaviour anchors that keep the structure running. some clients return for a six-week tune-up at taper. most don't need to.

can i train with my partner?+

yes. roughly a quarter of our clients arrive as couples. we program you side by side; the price is per person.
