Questions about the trial.

6 coached sessions over 3 weeks. InBody body composition scan. Personal Blueprint — your training and nutrition plan built around your goal and schedule. App access via Trainerize. Final evaluation session with long-term programme options. No commitment required.

No. Most members started with little or no experience. Week 1 focuses on foundations and technique — not intensity. Your coach adapts every session to your level and explains exactly what you are doing and why.

No obligation. The trial is €207 — that is it. After session 6 your coach walks you through results and presents membership options. No pressure if the timing is not right.

After booking you have an intake call to map your schedule. Sessions run Monday to Sunday, 07:00–21:00. The plan is built around your actual calendar — travel and irregular weeks factored in from day one.

Yes. English is our primary coaching language. Coaches also speak Dutch and Italian. BCD is one of the few private studios in Amsterdam built specifically for internationals and expats.

Peperstraat 15H — 5 minutes from Amsterdam Centraal, city centre. Private entrance, private space. Nothing like a commercial gym.

Most PT fails because it is built for an ideal version of your life. We build the plan around the real one — travel, busy weeks, low motivation. Backup plans and a coach who notices when you go quiet.
