INTAKE AND MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

You will kickstart your journey with our intake and movement assessment: During the intake we define your “why.” Why are you here? What needs to change? What do you need our help with most? What hasn’t worked for you in the past?.. We will take you from “vague plans” to “specific results”.

Talking about fitness is one thing, to execute and perform is another animal.

We listen to you, tell you what is feasible and map out your personal strategy to get in shape.

EXPERIENCE 6 OF OUR SIGNATURE 30 MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS

We don’t believe in hour-long workouts if you want to get in shape.

In fact, We think we can get the training you are currently doing done under 30 minutes. 

 

Unless it’s your goal the become a bodybuilder, training this way will open up opportunities to train more frequently. Leading to 2x results in half the time.

 

Under the guidance of an expert BCD coach you will experience our signature 30 minute High Intensity Training (HIT) based on strength and conditioning training principles.
